Happy TailSaver offers a product refund - for up to 90 days you can returned clean, like new product for a full product refund. We do expect folks to try it on, and test the TailSaver.

Happy TailSaver's Return Policy
If you would like to buy a discounted return label please sign in here with the email used for your order or create a new account and submit your return there. If you don't, include your order #, email and name used to order stating you require a refund with the return. Returns are Sent to: Happy TailSaver 5N392 Hanson rd., St. Charles, il 60175.
- Chewing? Preventable in nearly all cases, and also repairs are often done at home without sewing.

Happy TailSaver's Return Policy on Used Items
Happy TailSaver maintains a hygienic environment, returns must be clean and un-used. Injured tails can ooze biohazard-like material, so no dirty used chewed or ripped Tail Sleeves in the mail please. Pet companies don't accept used items for health reasons. We must comply with these rules as well.
- If you have ANY issue with fit, comfort or it's staying on the tail, or chewing please send us a photo so we can troubleshoot and fix the problem.
- If we are working together with you and in the unlikely event we couldn't solve the issues you encountered we will send a refund with sincere regrets for having not helped your pup.
International customers: Please contact us for international return options to help you avoid shipping. We can offer dontations to shelters,vets & Resques instead of shipping it back.
When a Refund is not due: Items returned more than 90 days after delivery or the item is used or damaged or there are missing parts. We don't refund because it was chewed by your pup. We do offer discounted replacement parts...and will likely be able to prevent a repeated chewing event. Chewing is related to comfort or it's being on for 48 hours or less.
Refund speed
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment for returned item(s). The credit is seen on your end in 7-30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund please contact us, if we already issued it then contact your bank or CC company. Sometimes it takes one billing cycle for them to post it.
Exchanges or Back-Up Parts
For a size exchange or if something broke, or tore let us know and we will replace it.
