GUARANTEE Simply return the TailSaver Set within 30 days of receiving in any condition if it's not helping to heal your dog's tail. If you call us we can help fix almost any problem you or your pup may have with it.
30 Day Refund Policy: For 30 days K9 TailSaver® can be sent back in any condition for a full refund less shipping.
We do need you to email us about "why" it needs to be return. It won't affect your refund, but may help other dog owners in the future.
In the return package include your full name and order number. If you don't have the order number include your phone number & email address.
When a Refund is not due:
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery unless something broke or we are actively working with you and your pup. We want success for your dog!
K9 TailSaver Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This will be done within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund that's expected please contact us, if we already issued it then contact your bank or CC company. Sometimes it takes one billing cycle for them to post it.
Exchanges or Back-Up Parts
For a different size or a replacement part please contact us, we want to help.
