What Is Happy TailSaver's  Return Policy?

Happy TailSaver offers a product refund - up to 120 days you can returned clean, unused products. Wash with unscented soap if you think it may have germs on it. Please note why you are returning it for our quality control team. We've considered having available only i ets offices because it's a little tricky to set up.   If not we would offer you a refund.  If it's returned to due to late  delivery please let us know. 

Happy TailSaver doesn't provide return shipping  but using  USPS and a lightweight bag is cheapest.  Send to: Happy TailSaver 5N392 Hanson rd., St. Charles, il 60175. Please include your order #.

Does Happy TailSaver Give Full Refunds?

Yes, Happy TailSaver gives full product refunds for items that are returned within 120 days in clean, un -used" and un-damaged. We folks to try it on, and test it... if it comes off please send us a photo.   It wont come off when set up properly. If your pup chewed it please read about chewing  & how to prevent it and to fix chewed parts, and/or get discounts on replacement parts.  

What is Happy TailSaver's  Return Policy on Used Items?

 Happy TailSaver maintains a hygienic environment, returns must be clean and un-used. Injured tails can be in a state considered a biohazard, so no dirty used chewed or ripped Tail Sleeves in mail please. Send us a photo if you have ANY issue with fit, comfort or it's staying on the tail, or chewing. While having your Veterinarians put it on would be easiest for you we offer to help so you don't need to incur another office visit. 

International customers:  Please contact us for international return options to help you avoid shipping. 

When a Refund is not due: Items returned more than 120 days after delivery or the item is used or damaged or there are missing parts. 

Refund speed
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment for returned item(s).  The credit is seen on your end in 7-30 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund please contact us, if we already issued it then contact your bank or CC company. Sometimes it takes one billing cycle for them to post it. 

Exchanges or Back-Up Parts
