To buy a discounted return label please sign in here with the email used for your order or create a new account and submit your return there. Without a label include your order #, or email and name used to order. Returns are Sent to:  Happy TailSaver 5N392 Hanson rd., St. Charles, il 60175. 

• Chewing? Preventable (we will show you how), repairs can be home-created without sewing. Call for an inexpensive demo model for chewed ones.
• If it came off that's preventable: text or email for quick help.

Happy TailSaver's  Return Policy on Used Items

Happy TailSaver maintains a hygienic environment, returns must be clean and un-used. Injured tails can ooze biohazard-like material, so no dirty used chewed or ripped Tail Sleeves in the mail please. Pet companies don't accept used items for health reasons. We must comply with these rules as well.

• If you have ANY issue with fit, comfort or it's staying on  or chewing please text us a photo so we can troubleshoot and fix the problem. We want to help!
• If we are working together and didn't solve the issues you encountered we will issue a refund even if used in this case. Work with us, it's a type of insurance!

International customers:  Please contact us for international-return options to help you avoid shipping.  We can offer dontations to shelters,vets & Resques instead of shipping it back. 

When a Refund is not due: Items returned more than 90 days  or the item is used or damaged. We don't refund because it was chewed by your pup. We do offer discounted replacement parts...and will guarantee to prevent chewing again. Chewing is related to undertail comfort or dogs left alone with it within the first 48 hours. 

How to Guarantee discounted replacemment parts if chewed:  1. Text us a picture of your dog in it right after its on  2.Check under the tail to assure its gently fit under there 3. Use a cone for 2 days.  If it's still chewed we'll send replacement parts as needed for just $19.95. We want your dog's tail healed and don't expect further chewing.

Refund speed
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment for returned item(s).  The credit is seen on your end in 7-30 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund please contact us, if we already issued it then contact your bank or CC company. Sometimes (rarely) one billing cycle may pass for them to post it. 

Size Exchanges or Back-Up Parts  
For a size exchange or if something broke, or tore let us know and we will replace it at no charge and include a return package for the exchanged part. Amazon customers included.
