K9 TailSaver® Returns
30 Day Refund Policy: For 30 days K9 TailSaver® can be sent back in any condition for a full refund less shipping. We don't pay for return shipping, however, If you're an international customer please email us about your return, we will offer alternatives to make return shipping more affordable.
Please include "why" it needs to be returned with your return. It won't affect your refund but may help us improve, as we want to help every dog with an injured tail.
When a Refund is not due: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery unless something broke or we are actively working with you and your pup. We want success for your dog!
K9 TailSaver Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of your returned product we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This will be done within 30 days. You can expedite refund by texting us a photo of your return package/label (331 725 1098)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an expected refund please contact us, if we already issued it then contact your bank or CC company. Sometimes it takes one billing cycle for them to post it.

For a different size or a replacement part, or if something was chewed please contact us, we'd like to help.
